The best place for authentic home comfort food! My first stop every time I come to OKC. Never miss a beat. Been going here since I was a kid. I'm so happy it's still around.

We have patronized this restaurant for years. Mostly on Sundays for family gatherings. We order later in the evening and have seldom been disappointed. Today was the exception we ordered early
the moment my husband walked through the door with breeze behind him I could smell the rancid oil. My husband has a higher tolerance for rancid oil than I do so he chose to eat. I tried, but even the vegetarian dish was microwaved. If I had wanted to eat leftovers I could have opened my own refrigerator. Our angel wings were refried even the filling was dry, our eggrolls were refried, I am assuming now leftovers from Friday since they are closed on Saturday.

I never had a pad Thai this good! a very good quality meal and the prices are reasonable.

I decided to try the fried tofu and it was good, but they made it too dry. But then, I can never do it right, so I shouldn't talk. Lol
I must say that Thai House has a very good Thai buffet. In fact, they have the best Pad Thai in OKC. It is not too sweet, like most of the Thai restaurants in the area.
The cook is from Thailand which lends itself to a different problem: she cooks everything spicy. Unless it's like the Pad Thai in the buffet, beware of spice.
They have a good buffet. They have Thai Tapioca which is yummy, and other unique Thai desserts which are scary looking but yummy. Today they had grass jelly with coconut milk.
The crab Rangoon is obviously housemade.
The beef basil is good but spicy. The sesame chicken is also good. I'm not a fan of the Pad See Ew. The garlic chicken and the chunks of chicken are good. In other words, this is a good choice for lunch. -

I was very very disappointed with this place and it kinda stinks because their food was great. We came on a Thursday evening at 6pm. Not very crowded and large seating capacity
- service was bad. Took a while to take our order and bring the food out.
- not a clean place. There were bunch of fruit flies around our table which was already a distaste
- but then one ended up in my food. I am not sure if it landed in there while I was eating or was there all along. This was really disappointing and I told our waitress. She said let me check with the kitchen. She comes back and says "they said it's a basil seed" that made me more upset because it's fine if that happened but don't say it's a basil seed when I literally saw it move. And she said I'll check again (not sure what she is checking) but then comes back and doesn't even acknowledge us or anything. She avoided us for 5 mins and we were just wanting to pay and leave. I showed her the picture and she said she sees it but it seems like their kitchen doesn't agree.
Anyways I definitely won't be coming back. My drunken noodles was good until I saw the bug which ruined all of our appetite.
